CHOOSING YOUR LOT

PH-Lots.jpgThe main section of Presley Hollow is platted so that nearly every lot is at least 70’ wide and 130’ deep. We’ve found this to be the ideal size for a city lot. The 70’ width allows room to build our most popular front-entry, three-car garage homes, and the depth provides plenty of space for a pool or deep backyard. For an even more serene backyard setup, we designed the neighborhood to maximize the number of homes that back to the two neighborhood ponds.

If you prefer two-car garage homes, the gated Cottages lots along the west side of the neighborhood will be a perfect match. The Cottages has a wide variety of lot sizes, from small lots for those that prefer limited yard upkeep, to the deepest lots in all of Presley Hollow for homeowners that prefer larger outdoor spaces.

Three Bedroom

  • 1995: The 1995 is our smallest three-car garage plan, but it packs a punch! The 10’ ceiling throughout the living and kitchen makes the home feel much larger than its square footage, and the study at the front of the home provides a private space for work, or can function as a play room. Also check out the 2119, which is a similar layout in a bit wider package.
  • Williams One S: This plan is a one-story version of our all-time bestselling layout, the Williams. Our homeowners have loved the design flexibility offered by the space behind the nook, which has a vaulted ceiling and wood floors so that it can be used as an office or formal dining room. If you like this layout, it also comes in several different single-story sizes, such as the 2430, Williams One L, 2577, and 2577L.
  • 2591: Winner of Best Overall in the 2020 Parade of Homes, the wide-open layout of the 2591 has been a hit since it debuted. The expansive space in the heart of the home, coupled with the conveniently located game room, makes this plan an entertainer's dream! Also check out the 2760 for the same layout in a slightly larger package.

Four Bedroom

  • 2223: This plan maximizes its 2,290 square feet to accommodate four bedrooms, a study, and an open kitchen and living area. The result is a fantastic family-friendly floor plan at an incredible value!
  • 2758: Our most popular single-story plan, the 2758 is an amazingly efficient design. The kids’ wing of the home features three beds, plus a giant game room and an office with a vaulted ceiling. For those wanting a single-story layout with a game room, look no further!
  • 2636: If a formal dining room is in your list of new home needs, the 2636 is a great option. This plan has a formal dining room that is designed to be a showcase room as you enter the home. The plan also has three kids’ beds and a study on the opposite wing from the private master suite.
  • Williams: The Williams is our bestselling plan, year after year. The flexibility of the study/dining room, large room sizes, convenient features (such as the nook wet bar and private bath for Bed #2), and giant game room, combine for a plan that stands the test of time. The Williams is a major contributor to the incredible average profit our homeowners have experienced (more on that below). 
  • Morgan M: One of our original designs, the Morgan has some of the most unique design features, such as the double groin vault master hallway and optional porch in front of the study. The downstairs guest bedroom has a private bathroom, and the large kids' beds upstairs each have a walk-in closet.

Five Bedroom

  • 3260: Our most popular 5-bed layout, the 3260 has been our primary city-lot model home in Winchester Park for more than two years. This layout is a winner for large families needing five beds, plus a game room and office. Also check out the 3130, which is the slightly smaller version of this same plan.
  • 3661: One of our bestselling large format homes, the 3661 features a giant living room that separates the private master suite from the dedicated kids’ wing. For large families, the downstairs kids’ wing and upstairs creates the ability to have two separate areas for the kids.
  • Marshall: The Marshall is an impressive home, both inside and out. The wide entryway offers the option to easily add a double door entry, which leads into a expansive hallway with a soaring 15' groin-vaulted ceiling. The spacious hallway sets the stage for the large rooms found throughout the home.

Cottages Plans

  • 1805: Starting at just $365,000, the 1805 is an incredible value and an amazingly efficient design. This plan is currently our model home in the wildly popular Cottages at Addison Creek. As with all of our Cottages floor plans, this home features a vaulted living room ceiling to make the home feel much larger than its size. 
  • 2094: The 2094 is a unique layout highlighted by an interior attic stairway for easy storage access. This plan has three bedrooms and a study, as well as a giant kitchen/nook that leads to a vaulted living room.
  • 2214: Our largest Cottages layout, the 2214 incorporates a perfectly placed dining room that’s accessed from the entryway and through the butler’s pantry leading to the kitchen. The plan also has three bedrooms and a dining room, all under 2,300 square feet!
