For example, 22 of our homeowners have sold their homes in The Ridge (our now sold-out neighborhood directly adjacent to the hot-selling Boulder Point), for an average profit of $24,779! The Lakes of Bailey Ranch neighborhood is an excellent example of Executive’s unparalleled value retention. Of the 62 homes Executive built in this Owasso neighborhood, 25 have been resold for an average profit of $13,908.  Compare that profit to 67 homes of other builders in the same neighborhood during the same time frame that resold for an average profit of only $8,440. So, Executive’s clients enjoyed significantly higher profit than their neighbors who purchased from other builders!

Our homes’ incredible resale value is by design – each of our homes are built to excel in the categories appraisers use to value homes. The Uniform Residential Appraisal Report required by both Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac specifies that appraisers must make “comparative value adjustments” based upon six criteria that will distinguish your Executive home from others in your neighborhood.
