In these two side-by-side neighborhoods with nearly identical development characteristics, Executive built the majority of homes in Champions West, while other builders built all of the homes in Champions East. Over the same timeframe, Executive's homeowners in Champions West have experienced an astounding average resale profit of $41,884, while those who purchased from other builders in Champions East have had an average profit of $30,570. So our homeowners in Champions West have earned far more profit of those who purchased from other builders in Champions East.
